Class information....

Strength Class - A bit of a slower tempo than the other classes. This class is designed to help increase strength. Targeting a full body workout. The benefits of this class are perfect for gaining overall strength and assisting in body fat loss. 

Functional 45 - This class is a high tempo circuit style class. It involves high reps, lots of functional exercises and minimal rest. 

Boxercise - A class for all levels of fitness. Boxing is a great way to gain fitness and burn some calories.

HIIT - The toughest of all classes. HIIT stands for 'High intensity interval training'. Fast explosive efforts with a period of rest. This style of training is great for both fitness and strength. A must workout for people serious about getting results.

Mums and Bubs - No specific class on a specific day. We mix things up each class and create a good environment for anyone that wants to come and get healthy. This class is available for not only mums but dads, but the general public too. 


TBT - Tummy, butts + thighs class. A high impact lower body workout that will get them legs burning and your heart rate up.
