Option 1 - $40 a week on a minimum 12 month direct debit contract
Option 2 - $45 a week on a minimum 6 month direct debit contract
Option 3 - $50 a week on a no lock in direct debit contract

Class information....
Strength Class - A bit of a slower tempo than the other classes. This class is designed to help increase strength. Targeting a full body workout. The benefits of this class are perfect for gaining overall strength and assisting in body fat loss.
Functional 45 - This class is a high tempo circuit style class. It involves high reps, lots of functional exercises and minimal rest.
Boxercise - A class for all levels of fitness. Boxing is a great way to gain fitness and burn some calories.
HIIT - The toughest of all classes. HIIT stands for 'High intensity interval training'. Fast explosive efforts with a period of rest. This style of training is great for both fitness and strength. A must workout for people serious about getting results.
Mums and Bubs - Come and train in a family friendly environment. Perfect for new mums trying to get back in to pre baby shape. (Please note you do not have to have a bub to attend these classes)
TBT - Tummy, butts + thighs class. A high impact lower body workout that will get them legs burning and your heart rate up.
